Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all payments made to GAVELS EDUCATION for computer training courses, online learning access, and related educational services.

1. Course Purchase Policy

Users are advised to review course details, eligibility, duration, and fee structure before making payment. Payment confirms acceptance of this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Course Fees

Course fees, registration amounts, and admission charges once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Duplicate Payment Refund

If a duplicate payment is made for the same transaction, verified excess payment will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.

4. Refund Eligibility Conditions

  • Refund is applicable only for proven duplicate/excess payment scenarios.
  • Transaction details must match our payment and admission records.
  • Any refund request must be raised with valid payment proof.

5. Technical Issue Support

If payment is deducted but course access is not activated, our support team will investigate and resolve the issue on priority after verification.

6. Contact Support Process

  • Share student name, registered mobile number, transaction ID, and payment screenshot.
  • Raise the request through official support channels listed on the website.
  • Our team will provide resolution status and timeline after validation.
Banking and gateway settlement timelines may impact the final credit date after refund approval.
